Your coach comes prepared, having studied your school’s specific results. Rather than lecturing, they model how to read the data well, then hand that capacity to your team. Through structured protocols like the First Look (I Notice / I Wonder / I Celebrate / I’m Concerned), your leaders engage the findings together with honesty and grace, without rushing to fix anything prematurely.
You’ll leave with shared language, 3–5 named themes, and a clear path into the next phase of your school’s improvement journey, plus a full set of deliverables within 48 hours, including a reflective question set ready for your faculty workshop.
