Jim Bell CEO and Owner, 4C (Capstone College Counseling Cooperative)
Jim brings more than 27 years of experience in education as a college advising consultant, professor, head of school, principal, and advisor to numerous educational boards and committees. As CEO of Capstone College Advising, he has helped students earn over $100 million in scholarships and supports schools through college counseling resources, curriculum development, and educator training. Jim has also developed the 4C college counseling model and partnered with prominent leaders and athletes to create leadership programs for students. He holds a B.S. in History from The University of Texas at Tyler and an M.Ed. from Texas Christian University.
