SPRING TESTING

Iowa Assessments Spring Registration for Machine Scoring

SPRING KEY DATES

Ongoing:

Order testing materials online to receive a shipping and handling discount.

Within 5 business days of RMS

New testers will receive a DataManager welcome email within five (5) business days of completing RMS.

March 1, 2024

Schools who have completed Registration for Machine Scoring will receive a Scoring Services Packet (SSP) by March 1, 2024, Riverside will begin shipping Scoring Services Packets.

After March 1, 2024

The Scoring Services Packet (SSP) will continue to ship within 5—7 business days of completing the Registration for Machine Scoring form. Schools will receive the SSP within ten (10) business days after completing the Registration for Machine Scoring, or within fifteen (15) days if ordering barcodes. The SSP is shipped separately from the Barcode Labels.

March 15 - May 31, 2024

Spring Testing Window (or within the empirical window of 136-160 days of instruction).

May 31, 2024

Deadline to ship scorable materials to the Riverside Scoring Center.

Within ten (10) business days

Score reports will be available in DataManager. Test Coordinators should log on to DataManager to access their score reports. Click here for detailed instructions for distributing web reporting keys to provide user access to reports.

Within fifteen (15) business days

Optional paper reports (see scoring tool for pricing) ordered using the Optional Reports Order Form in the SSP will be shipped within fifteen (15) business days of processing the answer documents.

May - June 2024

Scoring invoices shipped to schools.

July 30, 2024

Contact the ACSI Care Team for late optional report orders. Optional Reports are shipped within 10 business days of the order being placed.
