Return Policy

ACSI / Purposeful Design Publications Refund and Return Policy

We understand that sometimes shipments don't work out. Please follow these simple directions to begin a return:

1. Contact Care Team at 1-800-367-0798 or careteam@acsi.org to receive a shipping label and return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).
2. Complete the form provided by the ACSI Care Team and INCLUDE THAT FORM with your shipment.
3. Pack the material tightly in a sturdy box, filling any extra space with clean packing material or crumpled paper. Each box must not exceed 25 pounds.
4. Ship through UPS using the return label provided by ACSI Care Team by taking your package to your local UPS store. Pickup charges will be your responsibility.

 

Important Things To Note:

• ACSI/Purposeful Design Publications is not liable for damaged returns. Therefore, please package your shipment with care as no credit will be given for books with damage like scuffs, bent corners or marked/stamped/stickered from use or shipping.
• No credit will be issued for opened CDs or DVDs, testing materials or used items.
• If this shipment is not a "preview order" returned within 60 days, there is a 20% return fee, which includes restocking and return shipping costs. If you elect to use your own shipper, the restocking fee is 15%.
• Account credit will be applied on items returned in saleable condition within 120 days.

E–book Return Policy:

E–book activation codes are non–refundable once they have been redeemed. To return non-activated e–book codes for reimbursement, email them to careteam@acsi.org within 120 days. Return to top of page.
