Join us for this interactive training session, where participants will work together on crafting school policies and scenario planning through case studies of school incidents. Topics covered include:
- Student issues from admissions through graduation (admissions process, conduct and discipline, records, parents, custody, and divorce)
- Policies and procedures, including handbook reviews
- School safety and crisis communication planning
- Supervision and negligence
- Nonprofit organization standards and board obligations
- Religious rights of the school and constitutional rights of the student
- CEU credit will be available
Time: 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Total 7 hours (6 hours of content + lunch)
Cost: $199 members, $299 non-members
