We will review early educator and program administrator competencies that are essential to promoting a flourishing school culture and reducing teacher turnover rates. Participants will review the components of expertise and resources in the Flourishing School Culture instrument and develop action plans for implementation. All school leaders are de-facto human resource (HR) leaders. As such, it is imperative that they develop an understanding of strategic people-management practices. This meeting will equips early education leaders to develop and implement strategic HR practices in line with both codified and emerging strategic HR theory and practice.
