This professional learning community, or PLC, is a group of early education leaders who meet the 4th Wednesday of each month at 2 p.m. (EST) to explore research and best practices in Christian early education leadership. Administrative and academic competencies which promote spiritual formation, faith development, sustainable schools, and collaborative connections among stakeholders are explored. PLCs employ reflective dialogue, data analysis, and small-group collaboration as a form of reflective professional development. Participants are free to ask any questions, share any concerns, or talk about resources offered through ACSI or in the community. Sessions are aligned with the Flourishing School Culture model. When group size and time warrants, participants will engage in breakout room discussions after reviewing Biblical leadership principles, instructional practices, and an overview of PD content. Members will earn CEUs.
