Objective, Speaker and Session Details
Do you personally desire to be more inclusive? Does your school desire to be an inclusive community? As part of our Flourishing School Culture Model, Responsiveness to Special Needs has been identified as a construct under the Expertise & Resources Domain and an indicator of a flourishing school. Flourishing is made possible when educators work together to serve students with special needs, aided by processes and resources for identifying and responding to those needs.

Learning objectives for this offering:
  • The participants will analyze learning strengths and challenges so that they can be committed to inclusively reaching and teaching every student in their classrooms.
  • The participants will recognize their students’ unique learning profiles.
  • The participants will utilize strategies to effectively teach every student in their class.
