Building on the topic of Purpose, Christian early education leaders will identify ways to engage Multi-Generation parents and team members in light of their search for purpose , meaningful endeavors, and work-life balance. In Christian early education programs, our role is to support parents in promoting their children’s development, both spiritually and educationally. Trust-filled, supportive, and authentic relationships between all school constituencies, as well as with the surrounding community, are key to flourishing outcomes. Participants will engage in an assessment of learning and communication styles to become aware of our own and others’ most dominant modes or styles of working in groups. This awareness helps us appreciate and consciously value contributions.
