Student Leadership Institute Online Educator Training 

A Digital, On-Demand Offering for Individual Professional Development 

Online PD Standalone courses are designed for individuals. They offer the flexibility to start and stop at your convenience, making it easy to fit the course into your schedule and meet your learning needs. This course is housed on the platform ACSI Online PD. (A platform subscription is not required to purchase this course.)

Price per Person: $99 Member / $132 Non-member

Course Overview

ACSI’s Student Leadership Institute (SLi) equips schools to develop servant leaders through a biblically based, year-long program. This educator training provides tools to create a leadership culture, emphasizing spiritual growth, leadership theory, skills, and application. Educators will be empowered to lead their students in impacting their culture for Christ while integrating leadership principles into the fabric of the school.

This online course serves as an alternative to the in-person SLi Educator live training. Although attending a live event is encouraged, this option offers flexibility for those who cannot attend in person.

Educator Training Objectives

By the end of this course, you will be able to

  • Effectively train students in the biblical model and definition of servant leadership with a core emphasis on the four SLi Operating Principles.
  • Create a healthy student leadership culture on your campus.
  • Recognize and develop student leaders by providing them with a sustainable and applicable leadership training program that can be incorporated into any schedule.
  • Identify and train staff members who will partner together to lead a student leadership development program on your campus.
